CAROL CAMPBELL | Entertainment Development & Production

Following a long career as an Entertainment executive with The Walt Disney Company, Carol joins the team of F+S bringing extensive experience in live entertainment design, development and production. As a Vice President in Walt Disney Entertainment, Carol played key leadership roles in the show development, operational planning and opening of ten Disney Theme Parks and Resorts in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Carol collaborated directly with key creative leaders at Walt Disney Studios, Pixar Studio, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, Walt Disney Theatrical, and Walt Disney Imagineering on the development of the Disney Character franchise and the strategic integration of Characters in film premieres, product launches, live entertainment shows, parades and theme park attractions as well as special events produced around the world.

As Vice President of Disney Character Programs and Development, Carol led the global team responsible for the creative design, development and manufacturing of all Disney Character walk-around and theatrical costumes including the corporate character brand management program, global marketing and synergy initiatives, and ongoing quality control support to the casting, training and delivery of Disney Character events worldwide.

Carol is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management and a Principal in her own company, Creative Collaboration, providing expertise in event management, character costume development and live entertainment program and brand development.
